Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is not a popular figure among Republicans.

In fact, even some Democrats have spoken against her.

But Republican pundit Niger Innis angered many Democrats when he compared the 29-year-old to the kin of Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.

In fact he called her his granddaughter, Mediaite reported.

A Fox News guest keeps trying to tie Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the Democratic Socialist just elected to Congress, to Fidel Castro, the communist leader of Cuba, in his appearances on Fox News.

Niger Innis, a conservative commentator and national spokesperson for the Congress of Racial Equality (CORE), first tied Ocasio-Cortez to Castro on Friday night, in an appearance on Hannity.

“It’s important to get some type of legislation, criminal justice reform passed before Queen Nancy [Pelosi], and people like Mad Maxine Waters and Castro’s granddaughter Ocasio-Cortez, come to town with a Democratic majority,” Innis said. (No correction from Hannity guest host Jeannine Pirro.)
