Trump Annihilates Big Name That Recently Had Dinner With Him in Longest Truth Social Post Ever

Bill Maher’s calls to the White House should stop, President Donald Trump says. He delivered the message in the longest Truth Social post of his career.

“Bill: Don’t call anymore. It’s useless,” Trump wrote. He told the HBO host to pass the same instruction to Chuck LaBella, a mutual associate.

The post runs roughly 1,300 words. FactBase, which logs the president’s online activity, ranks it first on his all-time list.

His previous longest post came in about 600 words shorter, a message praising South Korea for investing $200 billion in American companies.

The post followed Friday’s edition of Maher’s show, where former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt appeared as a guest.

During the broadcast, Maher said Trump carries the “lowest approval rating of any midterm candidate ever.” He also claimed the president plans to scrap the press pool and replace it with a swimming pool.

Trump rejected the polling as “fake polls.”

He offered his own numbers in return, citing a CNN survey that he said puts him at “98 and 99% support within the Republican Party, an All Time Record High. Ronald Reagan was at 86%.”

The president also pointed to CNN analyst Harry Enten, who he said described him as “The Most Influential President of the Last Century.”

Much of the post recounted Trump’s dinners with Maher. He described White House meals in 2025 with Maher, Kid Rock and UFC executive Dana White. He also detailed a later dinner on October 15, 2026, attended by Maher and Stephen A. Smith.

Trump said Maher “invited himself” to the first gathering and seemed “very nervous.” By the second, Trump wrote, the comic “looked like hell.” He called Maher a “major pothead” and said the habit is “very bad for his health.”

LaBella, who worked with Maher on ABC’s “Politically Incorrect,” also drew Trump’s attention. The president said LaBella is a friend who came up through NBC’s “The Apprentice.”

According to Trump, LaBella phoned him to say how much Maher “respects” him. Trump said Maher had requested a meeting “even before I was president.”

Trump wrote that he accepted the meetings but never the invitation to appear on Maher’s program.

“When I became President, I agreed to meet, after the first one, and the last one, but never agreed to do his show, which he wants me to do, DESPARATELY — It won’t happen!” he wrote.

He credited “The Apprentice” with launching many careers, his own included. “Some people say it even built my career, because I became President (I would have won without it!),” Trump wrote.

The president described Maher’s program as full of “dishonesty.”

He wrote that the host “has to cater to his base,” “which is mostly composed of losers.” Trump also criticized Maher for attacking “our Great Republican Candidates.”

Trump had kind words for his former press secretary and none for the interviewer.

“Karoline Leavitt was GREAT on the show, but she started with a biased, dumb SLEAZEBAG, asking questions. She defended me, and herself, so well, but couldn’t be comfortable going against Lie after Lie,” he wrote.

California election results drew a separate accusation. “Importantly, Bill lied about all of the Illegal Voters in the Radical controlled, decrepit, and devastated State of California,” Trump wrote.

He claimed investigators found 20,000 such voters in the last few days and said the number “could easily go to over 1,000,000.”

Trump said he would not rebut every claim. “There were so many other falsehoods Bill spewed, but I won’t waste time in FACT CHECKING him. He isn’t worth it,” he wrote.

He closed with a direct warning about Republican engagement with Maher’s show.

“I’m going to have the Republicans not cover you anymore, because they try to talk about you as a guy who is transformative. You’re not transformative, you’re a Loser!” Trump wrote.

The president also claimed Maher uses a laugh machine to prompt audience reactions.

Maher has not responded to the post.
