Trans-Identified Sex Offender’s Chilling Posts Resurface

Chilling Social Media Posts Resurface For Registered Sex Offender Arrested For Allegedly Attempting To Abduct Child From School Playground

A registered sex offender, 33-year-old Solomon Galligan, was captured on security camera attempting to abduct a student at an elementary school in Aurora, Colorado.

The Post Millennial’s senior editor Andy Ngo delved into Galligan’s past, noting that the suspect had identified as transgender at a point in time. And that he has had previous run-ins with the law.

Police located and arrested Galligan following the incident on suspicion of second-degree kidnapping.

9News reports the incident occurred shortly before 2:30 pm at Black Forest Hills Elementary. Galligan purportedly approached children who were playing on the field with an apparent focus on one specific child.

Galligan stumbled over the blanket he was carrying but quickly regained his footing and resumed his pursuit. The children screamed “stranger danger” as the man lunged toward them. He then fled the scene, heading east.

Police arrived at the scene shortly after the incident and obtained a description from the child whom Galligan had seemingly targeted.

They observed that Galligan had dreadlocks and emitted a scent of alcohol.

He was eventually located at a nearby Walgreens shortly thereafter and was taken into custody. He is currently held at the Arapahoe County Jail on a $25,000 bond. His court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday.

Ngo revealed that Galligan, in addition to identifying as transgender at one time, was convicted of nonconsensual sexual contact in 2011. It was also discovered that the suspect had attended cosmetology school.

So “im starting my hormone shots and i relly cant wait im on my hormone pills ive been on them for almost 4 months,” Galligan shared on Facebook in 2011.

“i wake up all depressed and crying but in the end its gonna be totally worth it you know what io mean im really excited my measurements are already changing and im super thrilled,” he added.

Galligan has shared numerous images on social media wearing wigs and makeup, accompanied by friends referring to him as “girl.” However, his last update was posted in 2018, leaving uncertainty regarding his current gender identity.

Despite this, as The Post Millennial states, media reports consistently identify him as a man.

Users like Robby Starbuck also dug through Galligan’s past social media posts, and then shared their findings on X.

“The zombie mugshot and crime made this shocking enough but a source sent me Solomon’s FB where he talked about being depressed while taking hormones,” Starbuck said.

The Gateway Pundit reports that Cherry Creek School District 5, overseeing Black Forest Hills Elementary, promptly notified parents about Galligan’s arrest and the charge of attempted kidnapping.

It notes that the district underscored the significance of vigilance and safety in a subsequent communication, providing guidance to parents on educating their children about stranger danger and reporting concerning incidents.

“We share this information to keep you informed and offer some important safety tips. Please remind your child to be watchful as they are walking to and from school, to walk in pairs or with friends, and to avoid talking with and to never accept a ride from strangers,” the email read.

“Also, remind students to report anything suspicious to police or a trusted adult at school,” it added.
