Jack Posobiec Seemingly Assaulted After Confronting Top Dem: ‘I Have Filed a Full Police Report’
Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec experienced a hostile confrontation at a Democratic union workers rally when he approached Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) with pointed questions about the 2024 election results.
Posobiec directly challenged the Maryland Democrat about his party’s performance in the recent presidential contest.
“Jamie, why did you lose the popular vote? Why did you lose every single swing state?” Posobiec called out to Raskin during the event, referencing the Democrats’ defeat in the November 2024 election.
The confrontation quickly escalated as rally attendees, reportedly led by the congressman himself, began chanting “USA” in response to Posobiec’s questions.
The situation deteriorated further when what Posobiec described as an “unruly mob” allegedly assaulted him and directed profanity his way, causing his phone to be knocked to the ground during the altercation.
Rep. Raskin has established himself as one of President Trump’s most vocal critics in Congress during recent years.
His position as the ranking member of the Select Committee investigating the January 6th Capitol events placed him at the forefront of congressional efforts examining the circumstances surrounding that day.
The physical confrontation at Wednesday’s rally comes amid reports that Raskin has been working behind the scenes to help Democrats adjust their messaging strategy following their electoral defeat.
Raskin organized a specialized training session for Democrats serving on the House Judiciary Committee during a mid-January retreat, according to a report from Punchbowl News.
For this training, Raskin invited psychologist Jim Coan and consultant Hal Movius to provide guidance to Democratic committee members.
Movius is reportedly recognized for his expertise in areas including “emotional regulation,” “negotiation,” and “organizational development” – skills potentially valuable for Democrats navigating the new political landscape.
Sources familiar with the session indicated its purpose was to help Democratic representatives better manage conflict and respond effectively to what the presenters characterized as “authoritarian styles of speech.”
One participant told Punchbowl News that the experts specifically advised committee members to avoid being drawn into heated partisan exchanges with their Republican colleagues.
The training reportedly emphasized developing more strategic approaches to opposition, with particular focus on “communication styles during the Trump era.”
This incident involving Posobiec raises questions about the effectiveness of these new communication strategies, as the confrontation at the union rally suggests tensions remain high between Democratic representatives and conservative media figures.
Posobiec stated following the confrontation at the union rally that he has taken formal action regarding the incident, writing, “I have filed a full police report with federal law enforcement.”
Whether this confrontation will impact Democratic strategy moving forward remains to be seen, but it underscores the volatile nature of America’s political landscape in early 2025.
Raskin recently made headlines for suggesting that Trump administration officials could face legal consequences for a deportation case involving Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
He referenced the deportation of Garcia, a Salvadoran national, who was removed from the U.S. despite a court order protecting him.
Ignoring a judge’s order could lead to charges similar to kidnapping under U.S. criminal law, according to Raskin.
He explained that Judge James Boasberg had issued an oral order to halt Abrego Garcia’s deportation, but the administration proceeded anyway.

RASKIN is a snake just as A shirtless is and the J 6 committed. They lied cheated and destroyed documents that would prove how unlawful they were!
